Hello,
This was a great ad on to my last staff training! I think it helped define expectations!

Thanks Walter.

Staff management is always a big challenge but not if you got a
handle on how to keep yourself and your team accountable.

Rock it out and build your dream!

Thanks Tim!
Keep plugin away, let us know when you hire your first va. I have 2 that work 40 hours per week and they are AWESOME and VERY reasonable in price.

You will see your level of getting things done go through the roof after hiring a va.

Thanks again Tim!

Very generous of you to share this system — it’s excellent.

Thanks Cyn!

All in a days work. I found so much freedom from gettting myself out of the day to day operations
that i want to share these strategies with others.

I constantly hear how owners are not spending time with their families, overworked and overwhelmed.
I am going to start a revolution of owners who work 80% of their time on their business and 20% in their biz.

Once again thank you for posting and let me know how the implementation is going!

Thanks Dion, that was great. I need to listen to this again as it was so chock full of principles and strategies. This is an advanced course in getting things done.
